To keep Business Central up to date with all Shopify transactions, it's important to sync transactions and payouts. From each Shopify order, you can view the transactions that provide information on status, amount, transaction date, and so on. Most Shopify orders are paid through a payment provider, meaning that you might not have received the money yet. For that reason, it's important to correctly reconcile incoming transfers. You can reconcile against the original invoices or against an interim account.
