How to: Preview a Report Before Printing (Report Builder)

After the report is run, you might want to preview the report before printing copies of it. While print previewing a report, you can view each page of a multi-paged report by using the Next Page and Previous Page arrows.

To print preview a report

• On the Run toolbar, click the Print Layout button.

The report is displayed as it will appear when printed.

To exit print preview mode

• While print previewing a report, click the Print Layout button again.
