Static Element (RDL)

Indicates that the containing element is static.

Syntax

<DataGrouping>
       ...
        <Static>...</Static>
       ...
</DataGrouping>

Element Characteristics

Characteristic	Description
Data type and length	Boolean
Default value	False
Cardinality	0-1: Optional element that can occur once or not at all.

Parent element	DataGrouping
Child element	None

Remarks

The Static element is used with the DataGrouping element to indicate that elements within the grouping are not derived from the data sets used for the report and do not change.
