Clarity retains different types of data for specific retention periods. Playback data is retained for 30 days. Labeled or favorited sessions are retained for 9 months. Heatmaps data is retained for 9 months.
Data on Clarity servers, including backups, is deleted after the retention period and cannot be recovered. The following table summarizes retention for Clarity data types:
