Missing Exams or Certifications

If you do not see the exams or credentials you expect on your Learn profile:

Review the credential requirements

Check the certification or exam details pages to make sure you have earned the credential by passing the appropriate exams.

Confirm your login account

Make sure you are signing in to the correct Learn profile.

  • If you have created multiple Learn profiles under different login accounts, you may be signing into the wrong one.
  • Users who share computers or login accounts with others may inadvertently sign into Microsoft Learn with the wrong login account when registering for an exam. If you share a computer, be absolutely sure that you are signed in to Learn under the intended login account before registering for your exam.
  • After earning a Microsoft Certification, your congratulations email will be sent to the email listed as your Contact Email in your Learn profile. This email is not necessarily the login account you use to sign in to your profile. If you click on the profile link in your Congratulations email and do not see the expected Certification, you may have earned it under a different profile.
  • Try logging into Learn using any other login accounts that you may have used to register for your certification exam. This may include a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.

Testing at Certiport

Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account. Legacy Certifications

Some older exams and certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer available in customer Learn profiles.
