WIFI Deployment via GPo

Question

Hi community,

last days I tried to deploy our internal WIFI to our users via GPO. WIFI is WPA2 Enterprise with authentication against our NPS servers (EAP-PEAP, EAP-MSCHAP v2).

If device is booting without wired network it takes about 2 minutes until WIFI SSIDs are shown (=WIFI Adapter needs this time to go up)

this doesn't happen, if device is restarted or booting with cable attached. It also works if WIFI is not deployed via GPO.

I tried different notebook models (HP and Dell) and different WIFI adapters as well (but both WIFI Adapters were Intel - AX211 and AC9560). Same thing with W10 and W11 with most recent updates.

does anybody have an idea how to resolve this weird issue?
