Missing information about teams calls

Question

Hello!

Missing Call information - i want to get call information about a call in our queue but get a 404 Response from the Graph API. I saw the call in the useage reports in the teams admin console.

Call is from: 13/8/2024 1pm
I call this api (with auth) to get more information about the call:

i still get 404 after 15minuten and after one day but why?

can someone help me?

Anrufdatensätze bleiben nur 30 Tage lang verfügbar. Wenn Deine Anrufdatensätze älter als 30 Tage sind, wird einen 404 Not Found Antwortcode zurückgegeben. Falls Deine Anrufdatensätze auf dem neuesten Stand sind, Du aber immer noch einen 404 Not Found Antwortcode erhältst, kann dies ein unbekannter Fehler sein. Es wird empfohlen, diesen Fehler an MS Graph zu melden oder ein Support-Ticket zu öffnen, wie hier erwähnt:
