XmlWriter.XmlSpace Property

When overridden in a derived class, gets an XmlSpace representing the current xml:space
scope.

Property Value
An XmlSpace
representing the current xml:space
scope.
Value | Meaning |
---|---|
None | This is the default if no xml:space scope exists.

Default | The current scope is xml:space ="default".
|
Preserve | The current scope is xml:space ="preserve".

Exceptions
An XmlWriter method was called before a previous asynchronous operation finished. In this case, InvalidOperationException is thrown with the message "An asynchronous operation is already in progress."
Remarks
This allows one component to find out what state another component has left the writer in.
