Import Web Server Logs Dialog Box
For the latest version of Commerce Server 2007 Help, see the Microsoft Web site.
Use the Import Web Server Logs dialog box to specify basic and advanced properties governing the Web server log import DTS task. You specify what log files to import and where they are located. Make sure that the Web log files are in the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) extended Web log file format.
You use the Web server log import DTS task to import Web log file data that your Web servers generate into the Commerce Server Data Warehouse.
Note
If you have multiple applications and log files, use a script to configure the Web server log import DTS task instead of using the user interface.

Note:
If you do not select Ignore or Resume, the failed import log will continue to retry until Commerce Server reaches the maximum number of retries. You configure this action on the Restart tab of the Advanced Web Log Import Properties dialog box.
