Monitor data quality jobs

Data quality job monitoring enables data quality stewards to see the progress of data profiling, data quality rule generation, and data quality scanning jobs. Both manually configured and scheduled jobs' progress can be viewed from the data quality monitoring page.

Browse data quality job status

1. From Microsoft Purview Data Catalog, select the Health Management menu and Data quality submenu.

2. In the data quality submenu, select a governance domain.

3. Select the Manage button, and then the Monitoring page from the menu.

   

4. The Activities tab is selected as default and you can see a summary of all activities. Use the filters to scope your view by submit time, status, activity type, scan type, or scan name. Select the activity for more details.

   

5. You can switch between governance domains from this menu, using the governance domain tab next to the page title.

6. Select the Scan tab to see the progress of scheduled scans.
