Word (Office 2024) Kommentare nicht mehr als Listenansicht?

Habe die Lösung (fast) selbst gefunden... ...und bin mir nicht sicher wie... aber ich versuche es mal:

1.) Im Menüband "Überarbeiten" im Bereich "Änderungen verfolgen" im Drop-Down oben wo man auswählen kann zwischen "Einfaches Markup", "Markup: alle", "Markup: keine" und "Original" die Option "Markup: keine" auswählen.

2.) Jetzt im Bereich "Kommentare" (da wo man die Schaltflächen "Neuer Kommentar", "Löschen", "Zurück" und "Weiter" hat) mal auf die Schaltfläche "Weiter" klicken... bei mir öffnet sich dann der Linke Rand wie gewohnt und zeigt alle Kommentare wie man das kennt und liebt....

Warum musste ich wieder kostbare Lebenszeit für ein so Problem vergeuden? An der Stelle die Anmerkung, dass mein Arbeitgeber mich zwingt Microsoft-Produkte zu nutzen. Gut, ich werde dafür bezahlt. Würde ich mich sonst mit sowas rumschalgen?

Hier noch der Post aus einem anderen Microsoft-Forum... (einfach zu schön formuliert):

my organization just updated my version of Office so that I’m now using “Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20894) 64-bit”. with new this update, all comments in any document are ALWAYS displayed in balloons, which is driving me batty because I absolutely loath balloons and much (much!!!) prefer having all comments and document changes displayed in a vertical reviewing pane. up until this latest update, I have always been able to configure Word to totally suppress the balloons and display comments in the reviewing panel only. now, however, I cannot find any way to defeat Word’s new default behavior. the option previously available via [Review]->[Show Markup]->[Balloons]->[Show All Revisions Inline] no longer works; this option is now permanently checked and cannot be unchecked.

FWIW, I spent over an hour on the phone with our IT support people, and while they confirmed the behaviors I’ve observed, they had no suggestions on how to restore my previous “comments in the reviewing panel only” configuration. so I’m hoping some of the experts in this forum will chime in with some configuration magic and/or other work-arounds that will effectively eliminate the balloons while maintaining the display of all comments in the reviewing panel.

die unterschiedlichen Markup-Funktionen kenne ich. Mir geht es darum, dass alle Kommentarfelder, also vor allem deren Inhalte, gleichzeitig rechts vom Text geöffnet angezeigt werden. So wie es jetzt ist, sind da nur solche Blasensymbole die man jeweils einzeln anklicken muss, um den Inhalt des jeweiligen Kommentars angezeigt zu bekommen. Das ist sehr umständlich und man bekommt vor allem nicht auf einen Blick ein Gefühl dafür, wo noch größere Baustellen im Text sind. Das konnte man mal umstellen um zur klassischen Ansicht zurückzukommen, aber in meiner aktuellen Version finde ich nirgends eine Option dafür.

Danke für deine Antwort. Leider habe ich das gleiche Problem: Am Rand erscheinen statt Kommentare mit Klartext nur noch diese Buble-Icons. Das bedeutet, dass ich erst drauf-klicken muss, damit ich den Inhalt sehe - die Listenansicht der Kommentare zeigt leider nicht den direkten Zusammenhang im Text... Habe versucht nach deinem Hinweis in meinen Optionen die "Modernen Kommentare" zu aktivieren - finde aber unter Optionen -> Allgemein keine solche Schaltfläche. Ich benutze Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024... Also: Microsoft® Word LTSC MSO (Version 2408 Build 16.0.17932.20328) 32 Bit ...

Hättest du noch einen Tipp für mich? Vielen Dank schon mal im Voraus.

"klassisch" sind die Sprechblasen.

Vermutlich hast nicht die "Modernen Kommentare" aktiviert: Datei | Optionen | Allgemein.

Meinst Du den Überarbeitungsbereich? Den schaltest Du in der Gruppe Markup ein und aus.
