Gäste im Teams haben keinen Zugriff auf Sharepoint

Guten Tag

Wir haben einen Teams wo Gäste in verschiedenen Kanälen zugriff haben. Leider ist es nicht möglich darauf zuzugreifen, wenn sie den sharepoint https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/ aufrufen. Es kommt die Meldung: Sie benötigen eine Berechtigung für den Zugriff auf diese Webseite.

Die KI-generierte Hilfe, gab mir an im Sharepoint Admin unter Richtlinien die Freigabe anzupassen - Leider gibt es diese Freigabe bei mir nicht. Ich bin Sharepoint Admin.

Ein Gast im Team soll die selben Zugriffe im Sharepoint haben, wenn möglich automatisch.

You can manually Grant Access in SharePoint

Open the SharePoint site (https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/)..)
Click Settings (⚙) > Site Permissions.
Add the guest manually (if they’re missing) with "Read" or "Edit" permissions.

Would it be possible to have SharePoint access automatically granted whenever a guest is added to a Teams group?

Given the high turnover of guests in our Teams, manually assigning access each time requires significant effort.

I have additional information about our case: So its seems like, that only the main adress is not accesable for our guests: https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/

The three different sites within it can be accessed if the guest opened it directly: https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/QS
https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/Marketing
https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/Lobbying

So its the main site (Kommunikationswebseite), where the access is permitted

So basically guest should be also allowed to open the main site or is there a reason (security?) that this is not the case. Its just odd, that they can open sub sites but not the main site. We dont have any sensitive information on the main site.

Their relationship is not that of a main site and a sub site; the four of them are independent sites. Currently, guest users have access rights to the following three sites.

https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/QS. https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/Marketing

https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/sites/Lobbying

The guest user does not have permission for the following site, so make sure the guest user has permission for the following site:

https://gebaeudesimulation.sharepoint.com/

You can manually grant access in SharePoint or assign permissions to the guest user for this site in the same way as the other three sites.
