May I know what steps have you tried before?
Pay special attention to the following aspects when troubleshooting this problem:
- Check the network connection. Make sure that your Brother printer is properly connected to the network and that your computer is on the same network. And check IP addresses to ensure that the IP addresses of the printer and scanner are unique in the network and do not conflict.
- Update the driver. You can visit the official Brother website to download and install the latest printer drivers.
- Make sure the firewall is not blocking the scanner's network connection. You can temporarily disable the firewall to test if this is the problem.
- Try restarting your computer and printer/scanner.
