I have to forward a port range via external load balancer to a backend pool - how is it possible?

I have a problem with the external load balancer in Azure. We have to forward a range of UDP-Ports (7000-8099) via an external load balancer to our fortigate in Azure. In the load balancing rules it is not possible to configure a range of ports, only one port.

How can I solve this problem?
