Global Admin and Lighthouse

Question

Dear Team,

we have a very small azure tenant with a few local users, no entra connect to our AD.

I am a global admin but whenever I want to open the users tab in azure i get the informationen shown in the picture.

With another global admin i do not have this problem.

My CSP is a pretty small company and I've already checked with them but they ain't got no clue why this keeps happening. When I open the ENTRA interface I can open the USERS Tab without a problem.

Any idea?
