Custom Logic App Not Showing Up When Adding Action in Azure AI Agents Portal

Description:

I have already created a custom Logic App in my resource group. However, when I go to the Azure AI Foundry and try to add an Action to one of my Agents in the playground by selecting Add Action → Add Logic Apps, only Microsoft-provided templates are displayed. My own Logic App does not appear in the list, so I cannot register it as an action for my agent.

Expected Behavior:

Custom Logic Apps from my subscription/resource group should appear in the selection list and be available for registration as actions.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Azure AI Agents playground

2. Go to Actions → Add Logic Apps

3. Only Microsoft templates are shown; custom Logic Apps are not listed
