Zusätzliche Funktionen und Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Meetings und Anrufen in Microsoft Teams for Business

just let me explain it in English then :)
I followed these Instructions that was released by an Microsoft Answer on another Question here:
To achieve the settings, we have to create the following:
- Office 365 group – this is were we are going to add the members who will receive the voice mail
- Auto attendant – this is where we are going to redirect the call from call queue if no one answer and the office 365 group is inside of it.
- Call queue – main phone system setup.
To create an Office 365 group:
- Sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com/
- On the left side, click Groups
- Select “Add a group” and choose Office 365
- Hit Next then name the group and hit next again.
- Add the owners or those who will receive the voice mail then hit next
- Create a group email address that you’ll use later on the auto attendant which will direct to voice mail..
- Select create group
To create an auto attendant
- Sign in to https://admin.microsoft.com/
- On the lower left side, click show all. Under the admin centers select Teams
- Go to first to the org wide settings and select resource account
- Select Add and enter the required information and take note the email address that was created.
- Go to Voice and select auto attendant.
- Name the auto attendant, choose no operator, select the time zone and language then hit next.
- Under call flow, you’ll select no greeting, then route the call to “ redirect call”
- Choose Voice mail and look for the office group you have created.
- Enable the transcription and hit submit and then assign the resource account that you created.
- Go back to the Call queue and under the call time out handling select redirect this call to voice app and choose the auto attendant and hit save.
I'm just configured it as explained in these Instruction but i still got "we cant redirect your call" and the call will ends.
