Synchronization Log: verstehen

Hallo,

ich würde gerne den Inhalt folgender E-Mail (Von: Mir selbst, Betreff: Synchronization Log: , Priorität: Hoch) verstehen und ob das normal ist dass ich sie erhalten habe und ob ich etwas machen muss damit ich sie nicht mehr erhalte.

    Hallo,

    vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

    Möglicherweise hätte Outlook Schwierigkeiten sich mit dem Server zu verbinden. Man kann in dem Log die 5 erfolglosen Versuche in derselben Sekunde im rot sehen. Einige Secunden später wurde die Verbindung erfolgreich hergestellt und die neuen Informationen wurde aus dem Exchange Server problemlos heruntergeladen.

    Dein Outlook Profil kann fehlerhaft sein. Du kannst gern ein neues Outlook Profile erstellen, dort dein Office 365 für Business Postfach automatisch als Exchange Postfach einrichten, Outlook mit dem neuen Profil starten und das Verhalten beobachten.
