Outlook.com Probleme

Guten Tag

Als ehemaliger ICT – Leiter beim Tiefbauamt der Stadt Zürich und bei DPD, war ich immer ein Verfechter der Microsoftprodukte.

Sehr enttäuscht bin ich von Outlook auf Windows und Android, seit gefühlt mehr als 20 Jahre dieselben Probleme!

1. Outlook schliesst sich grundlos und öffnet sich wieder!
   è dass eben geschriebene, in diversen offenen Mails, geht verloren ! ! !
   è Suchfenster mit endlich gefundenem geht verloren
2. Sporadisch muss ich mich dauernd an demselben Mail-Konto anmelden
3. extrem lästig und nervig!
   Unter «Notizen» gibt man @DPD.ch ein und Outlook macht aus unerklärlichen Gründen UND unerlaubt folgende Änderung:

   etc. 1000ende falsche einträge und auf dem Handy total unübersichtlich ! ! !
4. bei der Terminplanung, Uhrzeit Beginn/Ende ist es nicht möglich mit dem Rad der Maus die Uhrzeit zu scrollen
5. ich kann in Outlook unter «Notizen» etwelche Einträge machen, die aber konsequent verlorengehen ☹
   wie z.B.:
   1. Schrifteinstellung auf Arial
   2. Tabellen erstellen
   3. Bilder einfügen
   4. Aufzählungen
   5. Eine Linie einfügen
   6. gelb markieren od. Schrift in einer Farbe
   7. etc.
6. «Erweiterte Suche (EWS)» funktioniert extrem schlecht:
   1. es können keine Defaults gespeichert werden, wie z.B.:

• Belibige Outlook-Elemente
• Häufig verw.Text
• «X» Unterordner durchsuchen 2. oft ist die EWS ergebnislos, obwohl die Suche sehr lange dauert und ich dann den gesuchten Begriff «von Hand» selber mehrfach finde 3. plötzlich ist das Anzeigefenster der erw.Suche übergross, so gross, dass es nicht kleiner gemacht werden kann!
  Lösung bis dato: keine 4. dann findet die erw.Suche einen offensichtlichen, mehrfachen Eintrag nicht, den ich bei der Durchsicht – z.B. eine Namen wie Meier – mehrfach finde

1. Wenn ich mit Mitarbeitenden od. Geschäftspartnern – die unter Kontakt gespeichert sind – einen Termin machen möchte, muss ich immer die Koordinaten aus dem Kontakt herauskopieren
   Wenn ich z.B. zu einem Kunden muss und der Termin aufpoppt, dann muss ich in «Kontakte die Adresse suchen gehen, was m.E. ein unnötiger schritt ist. Oder ich verspäte mich, dann mühsam die Nummer suchen um ihn zu kontaktieren.
2. Warum werden die Such-Parameter gelöscht und ich muss diese erneut mühsam eingeben, falls ich mich im Nachhinein entscheide, z.B. nicht nur in den «Nachrichten», sondern in «Beliebige Outlook-Elementen» zu suchen? Manchmal sucht man in den Nachrichten od. Kontakten und erinnert sich dann, dass ja mal ein Termin stattgefunden hatte.

Wer ist Ihr E-Mail-Anbieter? Wenn Sie sich unsicher sind, was ist der Teil Ihrer Adresse nach dem @-Zeichen?

Wenn Sie mit einem Telefon synchronisieren, das keine HTML-Texte unterstützt, erhalten Sie die endlosen Mailtos, da die Nur-Text-Version sie aufteilt und Outlook die Adressen in Links umwandelt. Das ist auch der Grund, warum Ausgabe # 5 die Formatierung verliert.

Wenn Sie ein Microsoft outlook.com- oder Geschäftskonto verwenden, sollten Ihre Kontakte angezeigt werden, wenn Sie einen Termin erstellen. Wenn Sie ein IMAP-Konto verwenden, haben Sie keine Kontakte in der Outlook-App.
