    According to your description, you cannot complete the authentication login through the Microsoft Authenticator application. Don't worry. You can try the following suggestions of mine to restore your account. I hope my suggestions can help you.

I'm sorry that I don't have enough permissions to directly help you restore your account. You can try some of my suggestions below to restore your account.

    1. After entering your Microsoft account, you can click "Forgot Password", then click "Show More Verification Methods" and "I Don't have any of them". The system will ask you to add a new verification method. After waiting for 30 days, the new verification method you added will take effect. You can try to use the new verification method you added to access your account.

    2. You can try to fill out the recovery form.

    You can fill out the recovery form twice a day. If you have purchased Microsoft products, you can find and provide the order information. Then fill out the recovery form with as much detail and accuracy as possible to help you recover your account.

    1. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours of completing the account recovery form.     1). First, enter "MSA" in the search box and then click "Get help" then click "Sign in to contact support" at the bottom of the page.

    3). Under "Products & Services", select "Other Products".
