Dear Hotmail Support Team,

I am currently unable to send or receive emails due to insufficient storage. To resolve this, I purchased additional storage, but the issue still persists. Despite the upgrade, I continue to receive the "out of storage" warning, and I am unable to send emails.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate your help as soon as possible.

After freeing space or purchasing additional storage, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting that time and then trying again to send your emails.
