Hi L.Z, If network path is not found you can try this. First, open services.msc, find Workstation (LanManWorkstation), set it to Automatic, and start it. Then, in Control Panel → Turn Windows features on or off, make sure SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support is turned on if you’re connecting to an older device. Lastly, check Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced sharing settings and turn on Network discovery and File and printer sharing. Is the device you’re trying to access on the same network and working for other computers?
