Hello,
I can't set the permission because it seems to be missing on our site (license tenant dependent?).
The permission is missing in the UI during app registration under "API Permissions > Microsoft Graph > Application Permissions." Attempting to assign it via New-AzureADServiceAppRoleAssignment in PowerShell fails with the error message "Permission being assigned was not found on application."
We need this permission to create an automated quarantine report via Power Automate.
