Something went wrong

Question

Probleme in meine Emails online hinein zu kommen. Outlook von Windows auf dem Desktop funktioniert. Mit anderer Emailadresse komme ich hinein. Cache löschen führt zu keiner Lösung. Es erscheint folgende Meldung:

Das hat leider nicht funktioniert und führt ebenfalls zur gleichen Meldung.

Press Windows + R, type ncpa.cpl, press Enter.

Right-click your active network adapter (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), select Properties.

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), click Properties.

Select Use the following DNS server addresses.

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8.

Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4.

Click OK, then Close.

Disconnect and reconnect the network, or restart the PC to apply changes.

If you can get with a different email address, something is wrong with the account. Let us isolate it.

Could you please try logging in using your Mobile number associated with the account, and let me know if that works?
