hello guys I have a problem 1 have 2 email account that are linked to each other with a code hotmail accounts but both a currently locked because of to many false attempts even though the Passwort is right on 1 of them the other one I send the 2fa code to reset my password and enter it but it also wants my 2fa from my phone but the sms isn’t being send it says this service it currently not available try a different one but I already entered the code from the recovery mail what is this kind of system is there a fix or someway to get out of this hell of a loop ?

Hola,

es gibt da aktuell technische Probleme und das heißt man muss warten.Steht hier aber auch schon mehrfach in der Community.
