Currently, Microsoft Teams allows you to select only from the ringtones included in the application. You can review the available options by going to Settings and more > Settings > Calls > Choose a ringtone for you.

At this time, Teams does not provide a supported option to upload a custom audio file, use a link from a streaming service such as TIDAL, or insert HTML embed code as a ringtone. The code included in your post is intended to embed the TIDAL player on a webpage, so it cannot be used as a ringtone in Teams.

If you would like Teams to support custom ringtones in the future, I recommend submitting feedback directly through Settings and more > Feedback > Suggest a feature. This is the appropriate channel for sharing feature requests with the Teams product team for consideration in future updates.
