Flash 101 Tutorial

Here’s a great tutorial on flash memory I found while perusing one of my favorite publications EETimes. In addition to providing a nice comparison between NAND and NOR flash devices, a very thorough description of the operation of NAND devices is provided.

While the second half of the article might be more detail than anybody but a device driver engineer would need to know, the first half has some excellent trivia items for your K-base :-)
