Group Shot fixes my group photo blunders beautifully

How many times have you looked at your group photos and thought, "if I could only take the face from photo A and put it over the face from photo B?" I need to do this all the time and was thrilled to see the Group Shot demo in BillG's keynote at CES.  I downloaded Group Shot from Microsoft Research and started swapping faces in my favorite family shots.  This is the must have app for anyone shooting family photos.
