Hear hear! I started going topless around the first of the year. Predictably - I'm getting more out of meetings I do attend. And since I won't be multi-tasking during meetings, I've given myself permission to either skip or dial-in to meetings when I do need to be getting other stuff done. Added secret bonus to going topless - you can leave a meeting with more "wins" in your pocket when you are paying attention and others aren't. One colleague agreed to wash my car for a year - because he wasn't paying attention when I asked for volunteers.
