    I can no longer get microsoft office starter 2010 shortcut (english). Can see all my documents listed but when I click on one, get message with three options, none of which I require as Microsoft Office was ready installed when I bought computer. Can not get a blank sheet to type letters either. HELP!

    My Outlook is crashing after installing this update. :o(
