The autonomous Sales Agent works around the clock to grow your qualified pipeline. The Sales Agent engages each lead through multiple interactions, which results in a more qualified pipeline without the need to hire any sales reps.
Feature details
The sales agent engages your prospects in a two-way conversation. It leads them to a meeting or purchase. The sales agent sends outreach emails to a list of prospects from CRM or a CSV file. It nurtures prospects until they're ready to meet.
Sales agent capabilities:
- Research prospects deeply.
- Send hyper-personalized emails to leads.
- Follow up with leads if it doesn't receive a response.
- Respond to questions, handle objections, and ask qualification questions.
- Hand off leads to sales reps.
The sales operations manager is the primary persona for the sales agent. The sales agent works like a new sales rep instead of working on behalf of an existing sales rep. The sales operations manager decides the following information:
- Criteria: Which leads the sales agent should prospect through a CRM object with filters or CSV upload.
- Knowledge: What knowledge does the sales agent have about its company and value propositions? What knowledge does it have about the lead? The agent gets this knowledge by connecting to data sources and uploading files and website links.
- Behavior: How does the sales agent behave in different situations? How many times does it follow up? What tone or length does it use for emails? What LLM-based guidelines does it follow, such as "If a customer asks for pricing, talk about our financing options"? What handover conditions and guardrails does it use?
