Aktivieren von Microsoft Places Preview

Die auf dieser Seite beschriebenen Schritte sind nur während der Microsoft Places Preview erforderlich. Diese Seite wird entfernt, sobald wir die allgemeine Verfügbarkeit erreicht haben.

Schritt 1: Anmelden

Microsoft Places erweiterten Features ist eine zusätzliche Aktivierung erforderlich. Füllen Sie das Places Vorschauformular für zusätzliche Features aus, um zu beginnen.

Hinweis

  • Nach der Anmeldung kann es bis zu 1 Woche dauern, bis Ihrem Mandanten Zugriff auf erweiterte Features gewährt wird.
  • Das in Schritt 2 beschriebene Skript DeployPlaces geht davon aus, dass Ihnen bereits Zugriff auf erweiterte Features gewährt wurde. Andernfalls werden Fehler zurückgegeben. In diesem Fall warten Sie auf die Bestätigungs-E-Mail vom Microsoft Places, und führen Sie das Skript erneut aus.

Schritt 2: Installieren und Ausführen von DeployPlaces

Nachdem Sie eine E-Mail-Bestätigung erhalten haben, dass Ihr Mandant für erweiterte Features aktiviert ist, ist es an der Zeit, Microsoft Places Vorschau bereitzustellen. Gehen Sie hierzu folgendermaßen vor:

  1. Öffnen von PowerShell 7 als Administrator

  2. Führen Sie aus Install-Script -Name DeployPlaces , um das neueste DeployPlaces-Skript herunterzuladen.

  3. Führen Sie ausDeployPlaces, um Microsoft Places für Ihren Mandanten bereitzustellen.

Während der Vorschau verwendet Microsoft Places E-Mail-aktivierte Sicherheits Gruppen funktionen, um zu bestimmen, welche Benutzer Zugriff auf kerne oder erweiterte Features haben, ob sie die neue Places Finder-Benutzeroberfläche in Outlook sehen und auf Spaces Analytics zugreifen können. Das Skript DeploySpaces kann neue Sicherheits-Gruppen für Sie erstellen (empfohlen), oder Sie können Ihre benutzerdefinierten SGs verwenden.

Wenn Sie Y dazu aufgefordert werden, wird die folgende Sicherheits-Gruppen erstellt:

Schritt 3: Hinzufügen von Benutzern zu Sicherheits-Gruppen

Sie müssen Benutzer zu Security Gruppen hinzufügen, um ihnen Zugriff auf die entsprechenden Microsoft Places Features zu gewähren. Sie können eine der folgenden Methoden verwenden:
