Das folgende Beispiel setzt die Beschreibungseigenschaft des Loganbieters auf den Text "Dies ist das Log für..." mit dem aktuellen Monat und Tag am Ende des Strings angehängt. Anschließend validiert es das Paket, das den Ausdruck auflöst und den Wert auf die in der in angegebene propertyNameEigenschaft speichert. Der Ausdruck wird auch auf die Ausdrücke der Eigenschaft gesetzt, wenn das Paket gespeichert wird.

Diese propertyName werden ConfigString, Beschreibung oder Name sein. Für den Log-Anbieter sind dies derzeit die einzigen drei Eigenschaften, die einen Ausdruck verwenden können.
