Die Create -Methode kann nur von Mitgliedern der festen Serverrolle sysadmin auf dem Verleger oder von Mitgliedern der db_owner festen Datenbankrolle in der Veröffentlichungsdatenbank aufgerufen werden.
Das Aufrufen Create entspricht der Ausführung von sp_addsubscription oder sp_addmergesubscription.
