GetCustomPSSenderInfo(String, Version)

Constructs a custom PSSenderInfo instance that can be assigned to $PSSenderInfo in order to simulate a remoting session with respect to the $PSSenderInfo.ConnectionString (connection URL) and $PSSenderInfo.ApplicationArguments.PSVersionTable.PSVersion (the remoting client's PowerShell version).
