MulticastOption-Konstruktor (IPAddress, IPAddress)

Initialisiert eine neue Instanz der MulticastOption-Klasse mit der Adresse der angegebenen IP-Multicast-Gruppe und der angegebenen lokalen IP-Adresse, die einer Netzwerkschnittstelle zugeordnet ist.
