After updating the TaxLedgerAccountGroup and TaxRegistrationNumberTable surrogate key fields with the value of the record ID field in the TaxLedgerAccountGroup_IN and TaxRegistrationNumberTable_IN tables, the GroupCodeNumIdx index is reset not to allow for duplicate records.
