Comment Field, Posted Bill Group Table

This field tells you if there are any comments entered relative to this posted bill group.

This field is a button. If the picture on the button is a pencil point lying horizontally, no comment has been entered for the bill group. If the button shows a vertical pencil with four horizontal lines, there is a comment for the bill group.

You can also enter a comment by clicking the Bill Group button and selecting Comments.

The comments are designed to allow you to enter specific information about some aspect of the bill group to be taken into account, for example, that it should be remitted in a particular bank.

To view a comment or to create a new one, click on the Comments button. You can also click on the Bill Group menu button and choose the Comments option. In both cases, a window will appear in which existing comments may be viewed and new comments may be created. See also the BG/PO Comment Line table.
