SmtpSession members

The SmtpSession class is the base class for classes that represent a Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) session.

The SmtpSession type exposes the following members.

Properties

	Name	Description
	AntispamBypass	When overridden in a derived class, the AntispamBypass property gets a value that indicates whether the session is a connection with a partner configured for anti-spam bypass.
	AuthenticationSource	When overridden in a derived class, the AuthenticationSource property gets a value that indicates how the remote server authenticated for the session.
	HelloDomain	When overridden in a derived class, the HelloDomain property gets or sets the domain specified by the client by using the HELO or EHLO command.
	IsConnected	When overridden in a derived class, the IsConnected property returns a value that indicates whether the session is currently connected.
	IsExternalConnection	When overridden in a derived class, the IsExternalConnection property gets or sets a value that indicates whether the connection is with a server outside the organization.
	IsTls	Indicates whether the session uses Transport Layer Security (TLS).
	LastExternalIPAddress	When overridden in a derived class, the LastExternalIPAddress property gets or sets the Internet Protocol (IP) of the last mail server to process the message before the message entered the organization.
	LocalEndPoint	When overridden in a derived class, the LocalEndPoint property gets or sets the Internet Protocol (IP) end point for the local connection.
	Properties	When overridden in a derived class, the Properties property gets or sets an indexer for custom session properties.
	RemoteEndPoint	When overridden in a derived class, the RemoteEndPoint property gets or sets the Internet Protocol (IP) end point for the remote connection.
	SessionId	When overridden in a derived class, the SessionId property gets or sets the ID for the session.
