Migrating files
After a Business Scorecard Manager 2005 workspace file has been migrated to Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007, the file name will remain the same except for the extension, which will be changed to ".bswx".
A log of all migrated elements and errors is recorded in the Migration.log file, which is located in the same folder as the Microsoft.PerformancePoint.MigratorUI.exe file. The following table describes the options for migrating files.

Click this button to migrate all the valid Business Scorecard Manager 2005 workspace files in the list to PerformancePoint Server workspace files and put them in the destination folder selected. |
Procedure
Migrate files
Double-click the Microsoft.PerformancePoint.MigratorUI.exe file.
Click Add File to select individual .bswx files or click Add Folder to select all .bswx files from folder.
Next to the Destination Folder box, click Browse… to specify which folder will contain the newly migrated files.
Click Migrate. A green check mark will display next to the successfully migrated files. The message "Migration Failed" will display next to each file that did not successfully migrate.
