CountResetDate Property

The CountResetDate property represents the day and time at which the SQL Server Agent alert occurrence count was reset to 0.

Syntax

object
.CountResetDate

Parts

  • object
    An expression that evaluates to an object in the Applies To list

Data Type

Date

Modifiable

Read-only

Prototype (C/C++)

HRESULT GetCountResetDate(LPLONG pRetVal);
HinweisHinweis

SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO) uses a scaled long integer to represent a date. The integer is built as a sum of the year scaled by 10000, the month scaled by 100, and the day. For example, the date April 19, 1998 is represented by the long integer value 19980419.

Hinweise

The SQL Server Agent alert occurrence count represents the number of times the alert has fired after a specific date and time. Use the ResetOccurrenceCount method to set the occurrence count to 0 and set the CountResetDate property to the current date and time.

HinweisHinweis

For C/C++, two SQL-DMO functions implement the CountResetDate property. The GetCountResetDate and SetCountResetDate functions represent only the date portion of the SQL Server Agent alert occurrence count reset date. The time portion is represented by the CountResetTime property.
