SMS_PackageAccessByUsers Server WMI Class

The SMS_PackageAccessByUsers Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) class is an SMS Provider server class, in Configuration Manager, that controls which users are granted access rights to a package folder or to distribution points.

The following syntax is simplified from Managed Object Format (MOF) code and includes all inherited properties.

    ID of the package to which the privileges apply. The default value is "".

  • UserName
    Data type: String

    Access type: Read/Write

    Qualifiers: [key, ResID(1202), ResDLL("SMS_RSTT.dll")]

    User name or group name in the network abstraction layer (NAL) path format. The default value is "". For more information about the NAL path format, see PackNALPath.

Remarks

This class controls client access to package folders and distribution points by using Windows NT or Novell security.
