Symptome

Sie können nicht auf Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online zugreifen, oder bestimmte URLs können nicht geladen werden, wenn Sie Microsoft Dynamics CRM verwenden. Wenn Sie versuchen, Microsoft Dynamics CRM für Outlook zu konfigurieren, wird die folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Die Serveradresse (URL) ist ungültig.

Darüber hinaus wird eine Netzwerkfehlermeldung angezeigt, wenn Sie den Netzwerkdatenverkehr oder Webanforderungen überwachen. Der Fehler wird als HTTP 502-Fehler protokolliert.

Ursache

Ein Proxy oder eine Firewall kann so konfiguriert werden, dass Microsoft Dynamics CRM-URLs nicht auf Serverressourcen zugreifen.

Lösung
