Testet, ob ein Zeichen nicht das Dateiende Zeichen (EOF) ist oder das EOF ist.

Parameter
- _Ch
Das Zeichen dargestellt als für getestet werden, int_type, ob es das EOF-Zeichen oder nicht.
Rückgabewert
Die int_type Darstellung des Zeichens getestet, wenn int_type des Zeichens nicht gleich dem des EOF-Zeichens ist.
Wenn der int_type-Zeichenwert gleich dem int_type-EOF-Wert ist, dann false.
