Queries whether the project supports publishing and whether or not the project is ready for publishing.

Parameters
dwOptions
Type: UInt32[in] Integer. Bit flags specifying query options. Left to the implementer.
pfSupported
Type: array<Int32[][out] Optional. Boolean. Set to true if publishing is supported. Otherwise, false.
pfReady
Type: array<Int32[][out] Optional. Boolean. Set to true if the project is ready for publishing. Otherwise, false.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
