Loads a class factory and registers it with COM.

Parameters

rclsid
Type: Guid%

The CLSID to register.

pdwCookie
Type: UInt32%

Reference to the object.

Return Value

Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks

This method can be called from any thread, but the CLSID will be registered only for the calling apartment.
