Parameters
pszPropName
Type: String[in] Name of the property.
pszConfigName
Type: String[in] Configuration associated with the property.
storage
Type: UInt32[in] _PersistStorageType specifying whether the property is stored in a project or user file.
pbstrPropValue
Type: String%[out] Value of the property.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
