Project.ToolsVersion Property
Gets the tools version that this project was evaluated with, if any.

Gets the tools version that this project was evaluated with, if any.
Remarks
Set by the constructor. This is not necessarily the same as the tools version on the Project tag, if any; it may have been externally specified, for example with a /tv switch on the command line. The actual tools version on the Project tag can be obtained from Xml. The tools version cannot be changed once the project has been created.
