Project.EvaluationCounter Property
Gets a number that is incremented every time that project is re-evaluated.

Property Value
Type: System.Int32
Returns the incremented value.
Remarks
This value should be compared with previous values to see if the project has been re-evaluated. It should not be used to determine how many times the project has been re-evaluated since it may be incremented by more than one for a given re-evaluation.
