  • The "!" character is the NOT operator.

  • Parentheses force evaluation precedence order.

  • A null or empty expression is evaluated as a match.

  • Project capabilities may be any character except these reserved characters: "'`:;,+-*/\!~|&%$@^()={}[]<>? \t\b\n\r
